No. The £50 diagnosis fee is deducted from your repair bill if you proceed with the repair. If we can't fix the fault, you only pay the £50 diagnosis fee.

For emergency callouts, the £50 diagnosis fee covers our visit and fault identification. There are no additional hidden call-out charges on top of this.

No. Our prices are the same 7 days a week. We don't apply weekend, evening or bank holiday surcharges.
