If you can smell gas, do not call us — leave the property immediately, do not turn any switches on or off, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 (free, 24/7). Only return once they have made the property safe.
Once the gas supplier has confirmed it is safe to re-enter, we can come out to carry out any necessary repairs and testing.
